Our Counsellor is Debs Whittle
Person Centred counselling is a talking therapy which gives the patient an opportunity to safely explore difficult areas of their lives, whether past or present. Working through problems with this non-directive form of counselling gives the patient the chance to look at and tackle problem areas with the support of a qualified professional. This is an approach which helps resolve issues and lead to positive changes. All work is strictly confidential.
